At She Tells, we transform lived experience into collective power and policy change. Based in Larisa, Greece, we are a women-led, youth-led organization creating pathways to education, mobility, and leadership for young people, women, and underrepresented communities.

We work at the intersection of storytelling, participatory research, and policymaking. Through our programs, personal stories are not treated as anecdotes, but as evidence. We support participants to document their experiences, translate them into research insights, and co-create policy recommendations that inform institutions, decision-makers, and international processes.

From Larisa to Europe, the United States, Africa, and Asia, our initiatives connect young people to international dialogues, innovation hubs, scholarships, leadership training, and policy spaces—equipping them with the skills, networks, and confidence to shape the systems that affect their lives.
